SUMMER PROGRAMS

Vacation Bible School
VBS is held for one week each summer. It is open to children from age 4 years through Grade 5. Children learn from the Bible, listen to stories, have crafts, sing, and enjoy recreation and refreshments. Children are urged to invite guests and bring their neighbors with them to VBS. VBS is often the highlight of the summer for children. Contact the church office for specific dates and times (683-6577 or email us).

Camps

Hillside encourages its children and youth to participate in the camping program of our district of the Christian Church in Kansas. A wide variety of camping programs are open to children and youth during the summer. When possible, Hillside helps with camp fees for participating church members and their families. Church camp is one of those positive experiences that stays with a person for a lifetime.
