SENIOR ADULT PROGRAMS

SALT-- Senior Adults Living Today
SALT is for people who have reached retirement age. They meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month at noon in Fellowship Hall for lunch. They have a variety of programs following lunch ranging from entertaining to informative.

SALT also takes day trips on the first Thursday of each month.  For these outings we board our mini-bus and travel to different special places.  We typically leave early morning and visit a site and have lunch.  Occasionally we take overnight trips.

East Side Shepherd Center
Hillside encourages its members over 55 to participate in the programs of the East Side Shepherd's Center meeting at East Heights United Methodist Church. This interdenominational center conducts classes in their "Adventures in Learning" program on Tuesdays from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Call 682-0504 for program information.
